Legal action can/will be taken If a client has written slanderous/libelous and negative comments, or threatens to make bad reports about myself or ,The Psychic Boutique Tarot & Psychic Readings to any type of media, radio, print newspaper, magazine, TV Show, legal authorities, online websites, forums, etc. 

We do not take such client's actions lightly, when someone tries to libel and/or slander our good name and reputation. When a client threatens or has done these kinds of acts, they hold themselves automatically responsible to be pursued in the court of law for any and all damages of upwards of $50,000 or more, per incident of libel and/or slander. In other words,The Psychic Boutique Tarot & Psychic Readings will take legal action to the FULLEST EXTENT on anyone who writes negative reports, and they will be held liable for any and all damages and legal fees therein.

When you purchase a reading, you agree that you have read and understand the details of the disclaimer, agree to the disclaimer, and release Cara Annette Schroder of any and all liability/responsibility for any actions or in-actions. 

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. This site and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from using the psychic expert advice available on this site or its content. 

All psychic readings and consultations are intended to offer an insight into a person’s personal life and meant for entertainment purpose only. These readings do not in any way, constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Refund Policy 
All payments for readings, coaching and private one-on-one work with Cara are 
100% non-refundable once paid. 

Sessions paid for upon booking can be rescheduled. 

Things do come up in life and I am always happy to work with my clients and reschedule

You must provide valid details of why you were dissatisfied with your reading.
it will be reviewed within 24 hours & i will try my best to resolve your concerns if your still not satisfied, the second resolution offer As there is a no refund policy, a gift voucher for another reading valid for 12 months is offered. 

*complaints must be sent within 24 hours from receiving the service

Cancellations/ Reschedule 
If a booking is cancelled your payment is forfeited and non refundable 

If you wish to rescheduled your booking it must be done no later then 2 hours from an individual session's scheduled booking time.
